Where is my Money

I was told that my money would be paid out t me in 4-6 weeks.

It has passed 6 weeks and I have still not received my money.

I have sent emails, called in numerous times but nobody there can help me or they are simply unwilling.

This is totally pathetic and I want an answer as to where my money is.

You are to eager to take my money every month but are slow to give it back what the???
