FNB Ewallet is a!!!

I own a financial services company (FUTURE FINANCE) and have recently changed our payout method to clients from cash to ewallet.

This has caused numerous problems for our clients and us seeing that FNB does not have any support system in place for there 'amazing" ewallet system.
My clients have had money from there FNB ewallet accounts and FNB just turns a blind eye and cant even send statement for the ewallet accounts.

You cant go to a branch because they do not work with fnb ewallets and when you phone the number profided by fnb they just make emply promises.

We are so frustrated with there bad business practice that we are in the process of lodging a complaint with the ombudsman and sending our story to the national newspapers.

This is sad to see a big bank like fnb role out a system without any backup or support.
