I would like to thank Shakira who did an excellent job and made sure that I gt the phone within 1 day she turned my frustrations into happiness my claim took 5weeks but after I received a call from her everything changed. I was happy with her friendliness and honesty she called me whenever she promise to get back to me, made sure that she keep up to all her promises. this is what I call excellent service she knows how to treat a customer I even thought of changing the insurance company but because of her service Im staying with finrite Im so impressed! keep up the good work you derseve best. thanks to Yvonne Sibanyoni as well I must say she tried her best she is also friendly
