Two unauthorised debits against our account

On 8 August 2013 Momentum Multiply debited our savings account with two amounts R6420 and R1425 totalling R7845!!! This morning three credits came through R475 x 3 totalling R1425! Where is my R6420 Momentum? I phoned at 8am and was promised a speedy refund. Nothing yet. I also no longer want Momentum to store my banking details. I have now been holding for 25 min to get through to your call centre - I am not impressed!
