Garnish, debit orfer and debt collectors at once

The was loan that was given to individual using my particulars, sad it no signature and authentication was done with me but they have all my details except for email adress that was used. I. Disputed this matter with them because I. Wanted the contract that I signed when this was established, but no they kept embarrising me at work place, the next they garnished me, and simaltenously they debit my account. Now 08/08/2013 the debt collectors calls me to make arrangement but now they operate with different name.
I'm paying for smthing that I don't know bcos my deatials were used and my name is being tartished and credit record no one can blacklist companieslike this. They must be stopped. I work for a bank I don't apply for loans on line. I know better. I do it old way in branch were youl have all documents pertaining to the application
