I had a retirement annuity with OM which didnt go well, I was told that I can only withdraw the money once I retire (62 I think), that was acouple of years back and note that we are talking about less than R3k worth oof installments. I was apparently without a Financial advisor for a while and then OM allocated me one, Sashen Ramjee who seemed to be very caring. Sashen advised me I could withdraw this money since it is less that R7k, I was overjoyed. I lodged a claim on 11-07-2013 and after several communication with regard to unclear ID copies, it was eventually quiete and waited for 7-14 days as advised, after a follow up beginning of Aug, Sashen told me and sent me proof the claim was completed on 29-07-2013 so I should receive the payout anytime which never happened till today, I am very patient but today I have lost it, I was only told today that I cant receive the payout due to an unclear ID again, several e-mail to and from my Advisor, I decided to call OM myself at 15h00 today and Jenine told me Complete meant process closed and she has now submitted my clear ID copies and I must wait another 7-14 working days for a payout, asked for mnger tcb, still waiting..not acceptable!!! Help
