NO Customer service!!!

Last year I start getting my statements vir email -I DID NOT REQUEST IT!!! -
so every time I phoned in wait and wait paid for phone charges and told them I want it via POST did not ask for emails and the biggest joke is my email is used by other to so there is no noting private on my email adres.

How many time must we phone and phone and phone and every time I have to phone and is told this is the last time guess what I just got a nother one YESTERDAY. Wake up or is that a ZOO at absa???
