I just received a text that a courier will contact me and I need to supply my FICa documents otherwise my card will be blocked. I have been a customer for over 2 years.
Firstly with al the going around I would have expected someone from Virgin money to contact me first to explain the process. I tried calling them but no answer after 10 minutes.
