NO THANK YOU TO TRAVEL INSURANCE

This is the second time this has happened in under a year; I paid for a trip over the border with my credit card, received a phone call asking if I required insurance, to which I replied no thank you, but Nedbank went ahead and charged me R490 for it anyway; last year, I didn't even get a phone call - they just deducted, but after much ado, they reversed it. What has happened to efficiency?
