ABSA BALITTO OFFLINE 2 DAYS IN A ROW - PATHETIC

Today I went to ABSA Ballito, I walked in as I normally do to withdraw my cash with my I.D in hand, only to be told for the second day running that their systems are down and they had no idea when the problem would be fixed. to add to this the receptionist, an elderly white lady told us very abruptly and rudely that "I should've phoned in advance for such a large amount and also that there was nothing they could do to help me", a non employee whose standing next to her, who obviously was having a conversation with her before I interrupted, says that its because of Eskom that their systems are down.

So I walk out of the bank highly off, as a young Indian I felt like it was back in Aparthied days, with the manner in which I was treated from a bank that I give alot of my business to. I go to FNB which is 3 doors away and WOW, everything online and working.

So dear ABSA, please note that I run a Social media service that reaches 2.4 Million South Africans, and I will take this opportunity to inform them all about the putrid service i received at Ballito.
