I think Capitec Bank should rather use more paperwork, perhaps then everything will run smooth. How is it possible to have your maiden name on one system and your marriage surname on another. Really bad service and incompetent staff and TIME WASTERS. Come back in an hour and then get a response of i am sorry but your problem (which is actually incorrect work done by Capitec Bank) will not be solved today. We will contact you when it is done.
