This is my SECOND post, since the lady that said she'd phone me back never did. Basically, after my brand new laptop crashed, then the repair folks over at ACER lose my charger and casing, take f*kn weeks to deliver my stuff, never ever ever call me back or respond to my questions when they *promise* to. Then after weeks and countless phonecalls (from my side), finally deliver my laptop - CRACKED. Then an agent giving me attitude when i explain the situation. Then, I just found out, i am being QUOTED by Acer for the laptop that THEY CRACKED. Everytime my R375 monthly instalment goes of for this tablet 'deal' (from!!) i get a sinking feeling of regret of ever purchasing this load of horse. And ps: Thanks FNB for lodging a 'formal complaint' previously, and especially thanks that nothing ever came of it. Regrets of the past 2 months: moving from Capitec to FNB and buying the wonderful laptop 'deal' on their website. How anyone can shamelessly convince me that something is being done about this and i will get a call first thing in the morning and then don't deliver is beyond me
