I have sent 2 emails to your customer services and included Ricardo Kussal in both emails - the first was sent on Friday, 2 Aug and the second email was sent Monday 5 Aug. I have not had anyone call me to tell me why there were 2 debit orders, one for R310 and another for R60 deducted from my account for value added services which I did not authorise. Can someone call me and explain why this happened. I have been with you only for a month, but thus far not very happy with the service.
