Unable to reduce overdraft limit online

I have been trying to reduce my OD limit online and keep getting "Error Code 14323 Multiple Errors/To Follow.

I tried calling on Friday and was transferred from one department to another.

Please kindly fix this important feature on the website. I don't want to deal with humans at FNB.
