Forged my signature

It has now been 2 months since I have heard from Bayport. The forensics investigator sent me the report and confirmed that it was. I would like to now what Is Bayport going to do about this. You guys were very quick to call and ask me for money, but now you cant even follow-up with a courtesy call or an apology?! I have opened a case of at the police station and they are currently investigating. I also have a lawyer on standbythat will assist me in taking this matter further. Trnasunion has also been notified of the and I have completed a dispute form.

I am not making any payments until some from of compromise is reached. You people listed me illegally, and for that I have 2 judgements on my name and extra lawyer's fees, sherriff's fees and collection fees were added. I refuse to pay any of the fees as these were obtained illegally. And another thing, the forensics investigator mentioned to me that you people knew this debt collector was forging signatures from 2008, why hasnt he been stopped. Why werent the debtors informed?
