FANTASTIC PREMIUM AND FANTASTIC SERVICE

I was a bit irritated when Mi-Way contacted to quote me on short term insurance but gave them the opportunity to quote. I made no mistake in spending the time taken to supply the relevant information for the quote. They saved me a few hundred rand on premium on my combined policy and the service that I obtained from each of their consultants has been fantastic. Unfortunately I did not take the names of all the consultants that have been in contact with me but I have the name of the last one I spoke to today by the name of Innocentia. A big thank you to all consultants for your efficient service and excellent feedback on my queries. Also a big thank you to Mi-Way for your very competitive premium rates.

Having looked at the complaints and compliments of various insurers, I am glad to see that Mi-Way is one of the very few insurers with far more compliments than complaints. Even the complaints are speedily resolved which is very impressive.
