On the line with Millicent Mfimanto for the past 21 minutes where she is failing to assist me with a payment that was paid into a standard bank account and is not showing into the recipients account and yet the money was deducted from my account on the same day. where has this money gone to, please advise.

Millicent's team leader who goes by the name Siyabonga Pule who is too busy to attend to my query has advised her to put me on hold so that she can run to another department and get answers at my cost. This is some service from FNB. Im still holding on the line listening to this irritating music and Siyabonga and Millicent think that i will disconnect and just live this matter. I am going to continue holding till i get this matter resolved today.
