Worst service eve

I have been waiting on the line to Standard Bank Brandwag and Loch Logan for more than 5 min, and nobody answers their phones. It seems that Standard Bank has a policy, that everyday is a public holiday. Worst bank ever. But than again, in South Africa you don't see customer service in any of the banks
