OVER CHARGING

I haven't had internet banking long and you always deduct R21.95 now all of a sudden R47.90???!!! Why? and why was I not informed of the increase! You no longer treat any of your clients with the needed respect. Very disappointed in ABSA latelty. No worder your rates are going down.
