WOW sorry for asking

I have enquired as to why my credit card was still showing on my profile after being paid up 2 years ago, after numerous calls and endless promises from your call centre I finally got a paid up letter and confirmation its been sent to ITC to have it removed, my question to Moruleng fromt he beginning tho was has the negative been removed off my personal profile at STD bank yet everytime she would just come back to me and say I have sent it to ITC, so I asked her I understand that but what I am asking is not that, she replied " Hi, there are procedures to follow and things will be done accordingly" that was not my question to her, I don't appreciate the lack of imcompetence and bad service from your call centre agents its appaling really they don't know how to speak to people time to leave this bank I think
