Exceptional Service from Legal department

It is not often that I can say that service excellence is achieved by what companies promise, well this is from my own experiences but in this instance the legal team of Telesure but more specifically Carmen Paulse has been exceptional in her professionalism and attention to detail, going far beyond my expectations of what I would normally credit as good service. I was involved in an accident but I only have 3rd party fire and - this would normally mean it's all on "you" to get it resolved given that the cause of the accident was not my fault, but this was surely not the case from Telesure, the invaluable advice provided to me as well as assisting above and beyond of what was requested of them has left me impressed! - Keep up the good service!
