BAD BANKING

Since when can't you reverse money that has left your account without you knowing it??? Why must I have a letter from the company that took the money out of my account to get my money back if its wrongfully taken from account. ABSA allow you to reverse money taken out of your account!!! At the end of the day is it my account so why don't I get a say about who takes money from my account?!?!?!?!?!
