ABSA CANNOT ASSIST
I am having a cash flow problem whereby salary is delayed by 3 months / and my cards are overdue. I did explain to absa but they continue HOUNDING ME OVER 3 TIMES A DAY on my cellphone, at odd times and by extremely rude black people who cant speak properly and have no manners. they refuse to assist with a payment arrangement and keep annoying me with calls 3 to 4 times a day everyday - and RUDE people as well.
Proposed solution - I would like you to refund me in full
Solution description - please get them to stop calling me and get someone senior to call me to make a payment arrangement due to cash flow
