I would really like to express my dissatisfaction about Absa bank. I'm not sure how many times I have to explain what happened to me. Is it a crime to be retrenched, or earning a lower salary after retrenchment. I have been paying every month according to our agreement that we made telephonically. Now Absa has handed me to Velile Tinto their lawyers who are harrassing me with threatening letters. I do not understand how Absa is different from other banks. Before my retrenchment I was owing FBN's credit card, we made an arrangement where I'm paying R620 per month and I'm even owing them more than I owe Absa. I'm really tired
of these letters. Why did FNB make an arrangement without stressing me? I really do not understand Absa's problem. Why can't we negotiate to increase my payment bit by bit, instead of harrassing me?
