Worst service ever from Real People

Good day,

This is not acceptable!!!

I was informed that the process will take 3 months for all accounts to be cancelled and now I have to suffer the consequences as a client. Please provide me a mangers email address and a contact number and please also forward this as a matter of urgency.
i have contacted the head office yesterday and spoken to Unathi and she adsvised me that she will contact me today at 12:00 PM but i still did not get a response from her. i have sent 2 emails and still no JOY. what kind of service do Real People offer to clients.

if i dont get any assistance, i will take this further to CPA
