Unwanted text messages

Outsurance send text messages to my wife's cellphone regarding Life cover that neither of us asked for. I have tried to contact them regarding this, but the person I spoke to just cut me off. Typical call centre behaviour!
My wife doesn't have ANY business with them and never had.

I want to know where they got her details from? I WILL NOT pay for a STOP SMS from a place that I don't like or want to do business with!

Where can we report such spam?
