Nedbank Charging Bank Charges

Nedbank is continuously charging me bank charges that does not apply to me, the first instance was for around R500 and now for R300. These are the 2 that I know off. All they do is apologies for taking money they shouldn't be taking this is not acceptable. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE A NEDBANK ACCOUNT MONITOR IT, OR IF YOU CANT MONITOR IT CHANGE YOUR BANK...
