Handover wrongfully

January Absa refunded me, and now handed me over, I previously had complain on HP, they responded and nothing happened at all, I don't owe Absa anything how can they hand me over??? I really don't understand that. Today the lawyer phone me asking to pay Absa immediately. They don't even listen to what I have to say. It's over a year that I struggle with this case, and because of that i'm no longer with Absa.
