I cant acess my account either on cellphone banking, internet banking or ATM because this bank has network problems. i try going into my nearest branch, they refarred me to their callcentre were i spoke to a lady called zandi
she told me that the bank can not do anything at that moment to remedy the problem.
i am still waiting for the network to be available while i get late for work. the bank doesnt bother trying to inform its customers on the situation
