Services paid for but no return on company promise

Hi there all. I have had a Hollard Legal Plan for a while. When I needed help from the company they just ignore my plea for assistance.

The final straw was phoning the "call centre" 0861 666 479 and being told by the automated system that there is no one to answer your call.

Why am I paying for a service that is not being rendered.

Great TV advertising but when push comes to shove and you really need legal help nobody to help.
