Unauthorized debit and refuse to refund

African Bank lodged a debit order of R900.00 against my account on the 15 April 2013 and i have been calling for my refund, I have been asked to phone customer and then they refer me to there legal department, all i am doing is wasting money on airtime and no solution. I want this matter resolve as soon as possible
