Good Day

We receive good service everyday but never give credit where it is due but are always quick to complain about bad service in our country. Today I would like to thank a Ms Selina Maloka for excellent service I received from her as a MiWay client. First of all a great attitude as a customer, quick and fast assistance and a follow up call - small measures like these really make a customer feel appreciated in a busy Joburg industry where all telesales salesman only want your money. Money is something your work hard towards to earn and requires a lot of time and effort from you - so when you give you money away, its good to know that clients services like Selina go that extra mile to make which instills a sense of appreciation not just to me financially but personally.
