I forgot my bank card at home, I did a cash send to my cellphone on 31 May 2013 for R950. I tried to withdraw the money the atm slip indicated the money is not redeemeable. I sent an email to Absa help desk they told me they are investigating the matter. I have been phoning them almost on a daily basis trying to figure out when will they refund me. Today their consultant tells me the case is closed on their system it shows the money was redeemed.
I never reedemed the money. This is pure. This Pierre guy has been telling me he will come back to me. Can ABSA be decent enough to return my money. A single mother trying to make ends meet yet they my last cents. This is unfair and uncosntitutional
