Good day.
i am very upset concerning your lack of client services in your company.
i have been having issues from the date of registration of my Toyota Etios.
1. The first issue arose when your company did not register my address correctly. i attempted numerous times to correct my address through fax, telephone calls etc. due to the fact that a certain miss Mafora didnt listen or didnt care i contacted her manager. i am very easily upset concerning my car as it is the only means i have to support my family. if i do not receive Statements of Account because my details werent captured successfully- how am i supposed to keep track of my account? nobody offered to fax it.
2. the second issue arose from a Mr Beukes informing me that i had to pay a balance of R5000.00 or he will remove my car. which i might add is a ILLEGAL THREAT.
how was this information to reach me if it has been impossible to change my address?
3. in the past few months Toyota has made my life a living with Miss Mafora not giving me the correct information and upsetting me even more by being DISGUSTINGLY RUDE!!! i never want to do this again if this is the drama that is included in my monthly premium.
