Incompetent staff!!!

Bleubean was supposed to send me e-mails every month with my payment due. I haven't received statements lately as I wasn't using my card. A few weeks ago I used my card again, but still received no mails. I was quite surprised when I got a sms stating that my card is in arrears. I paid over an amount on Monday 22nd July. I got a sms again this morning. I phoned the Bluebean dept and big was my surprise to learn that they have a problem sending out e-mails to yahoo accounts. That is definitely not my problem. I also learned that my acc was handed over to collections and that it is blocked. It is not my problem if the people working at Standard Bank is incompetent and illiterate. This is not the first time that I'm having this specific problem with them. They stuff up and then the clients must suffer. I am strongly thinking about closing my acc with Standard Bank.
