Harassing customers now?

I have received numerous phone calls and sms's from Standard Bank saying that my loan account is outstanding although the installment was debited from my account. Secondly, the amount the Requested is R144 which I find extremely strange. I am sick and tired of dealing with a bank that harasses me when I am not in the wrong.
