BILLING ME BEFORE GO AHEAD

Please assist me with resolving this matter. I responded to an sms offering to get a pre approval for a loan that i may qualify for. I received feedback from Loan Discovery stating that I may qualify for a loan but need to submit paper work for a pre approval which I ignored since I am not intersted only to find they had debited my personal acoount for R399.00. I sent an email stating explicitly that i am not intertsted in their services. This morning I get a mail from them stating that if i do not make arrangements to pay they will hand me over to the THEIR legal department. I have read numerous complaints on Hello Peter of the same involving this company. Please help!
