INDWE - BE CAREFUL

To those of you searching for an insurance company, be careful with Indwe Risk Services.

The policy is not explained to you correctly and when putting a claim in, they then explain to you further that your out of house contents are not insured to the sum that they are valued at!!!

Convenient that this isn't explained to you when signing up with them!

I was asked - if you had to turn your house upside down - what is the value you would have insured? Now to me that means everything - whether inside the house or outside! they didn't ask me to specifiy hence no need to point out - correct??

I'm terribly upset and disgusted at how they have just brushed this off as if it's my fault.
