Does people think money can buy time

My daughter have a softball game and she ask me to be there and i said I just had to sign a Will and I will be there
I wasted my time sitting in a qeue from 9h00 to 11h00 just to be told that the documents that i must sign is with a Managers who is not there I was never told that I must only go there when the Manager is there
So is this the effort that you must put into a Will with Scorpion in an Era where there is things that make life easier like internet, faxes etc.
In a times like this we all have somthing to do and every minute count you cant stand in qeues and be told that we cant help you after 2 hours
I had another issue as I tought that I can do it as there I was told can't have 2 issues at the time but the first one I was not helped
So where do you see 2 issues? I am a paying costumer for NOTHING!!! NOTHING!!! NOTHING!!!
Will have to go to another Legal Team what if it was a BIGGER problem?
Do you think my daughter will ever forgive me for missing out on a big game like that???
