UNLAWFUL TRANSFER

I had my account with ABSA for more that 11 years. Last week Friday at 17:41 a transfer was make on my account for R 3300.00 to a AVAF account. I have no idea what it is for nor have a giving any permission for the bank to do so. I phone the call centre and accoring to them it was a in branch transfer and they refused to give me any further details. I phoned the line and they were as useless as the call centre. I need to know where did my money go and how do we go to get it back or I will contact the Ombudsman to assist me.
