Taking more than i owe and no response to queries

Last year november my balance on my pay slip reflected that i was left with R605 to pay, but in december R1449 was taken from my salary. i called and a lady told me to fax my payslip. last week, i called again to let them know about this issue, but some later said i must cal later because their systmes were offline so she cant check my account. after that i have been calling and spend so long being put on hold that i have to hang. i have mot managed to get through because i am always on hold. i decided to write an email instead and still have not received any response from NSFAS.
