On Wednesday i purchased a lotto ticket via FNB's Website as i had forgot to buy mine and didn't think it would be a problem... well was i mistaken and should have known seeing this is not the first time i have had a problem when it comes to FNB's pre paid service, up to now Friday i have still not received my numbers for Wednesday's lotto and today is already power ball, i emailed them on Wednesday's, i have been onto facebook to see if i could get an answer to which i got told i must call the lotto Team??? i emailed again yesterday and still haven't heard any thing... is this FNB's way of messing their clients around, not only have they already taken the money off my account i must now do all the phoning around because of their mistake??? I'm sorry i refuse to do that i want either my numbers or just a refund into my account... THIS WILL ALSO BE THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER PURCHASE ANY THROUGH YOUR ONLINE PRE PAID SERVICE IF YOU HAVE A LOOK AT MY TRACK RECORD YOU HAVE DONE THIS TO ME BEFORE WHEN I PURCHASED AIRTIME AND IT TOOK YOU ALMOST A WEEK AND HALF TO REFUND ME... AFTER I HAD TO GO TO THE BANK NEARLY EVERY DAY... IM NOT DOING IT THIS TIME...
