Promises, promises, promises

I have been promised that my provident fund will be paid out to me since 05/07/2013. And everytime I am being told it will be in my account in 2 days. Every second day I phone and say that my money is not in, and I'm being told again that the money will be in my account in 2 days. 2 days is now 14 days!! There is no honesty or client service from these people. They say that they can see that the payment has been authorised, if that is the case, why is the money still not paid in after 14 days?!?! Nobody is phoning me to say what is going on - I am the one who has to follow up everytime and everytime I get the same answer and yet nothing is happening. I am loosing interest on money due to me. Ian Ensal makes promises about the payments and nothing happens. And Pravien makes promises about the payments and nothing happens. If there is something holding up the payout then tell me, so that I know what is going on. Surely that is not too much to ask. Don't to your clients.
