Your inability is costing me money

I wish to settle my personal loan. It's been two days now that the personnel mentioned above tell me that Direct Axis is experiencing 'technical problems' that prevents them e-mailing me the settlement amount, their banking detail, reference numbers and other information.
We live in the 21 st century, FirstRand Bank Limited is a partner in your business? Surely this is totally unacceptable. Will you reduce my settlement amount (charged at 25% interest rate) with effect from yesterday (July 17) if and by the time you happen to sort out YOUR 'technical mail problems' that 'blocks outgoing e mails'?
