I am an existing FnB customer, i contacted them to open a new bussiness account. everything went smooth as the aganet weas very helpful. my query with them now is for them to deliver my card, its been two weeks now, i phoned them twice already, each time with the promise the courier will contact me. when i call i cant be given the couriers details to contact them however i feel helpless because there is nothing i can do. i am evening thinking of moving my account including my personal one to a competitor.
