I sent Old Mutual an email as I can not reach them via the call center. I still have not received any feedback as they are very inefficient when it comes to they service. I wanted to query an outstanding claim that has been outstanding or two months because they do not even gie feedback to the family when it is requested. I just hope now that I have logged a query on Hello Peter they will reply to me.
