I went to FNB with a whole lot of requests which involved reshuffling things with my accounts, opening a new account, performing a foreign currency transaction etc.

I was blown away by Nkatha's knowledge on all the questions I asked him, quoting interest rates for different products off by heart, his initiative in finding the most cost effective solutions for me, and his wonderful friendly character.

Everything was sorted out quickly and painlessly, and it was a real pleasure to work with Nkatha Moloi. I wish FNB would use Nkatha as a yardstick for all of their staff that work directly with clients.

When somebody messes up, we quickly turn hour heads to the manager for not having addressed the situation already. So, it is also fair now to turn my head to Nkatha's manager, Vusi Mdebuka: If the rest of your staff is this efficient, then you must be managing one of the best FNB branches.
