Call them. Answer the questions. Collect with your ID.

To cancel is an issue or is it a ploy to keep me as a customer.

I have settled the amount I owe RCS and now I want to close the account. I am in the position where I am not able to access a fax machine or scanner to get a written instruction in to RCS. I recently started a new job and I am on training for 3 months. Thus results me not being able to cancel my RCS Makro Card.

After explaining this to the call center no on is able to assist me. This is terrible processes in this day and age where finance can be obtained telephonically but not cancelled telephonically. I will never deal with such an outdated company again. Thank you for assisting me with ease to get finance. But your service levels are pathetic when it comes to the time to say good bye.
