I Absalon nyathi of Id 890828 6036 088 here in complain about the bad record i was exposed to ITC due to reasons known by Standard bank. I settled my personal loan account in 2011 by a consolidation loan from Old mutual finance i consulted std bank branches of kamaqhekeza kabokweni and Tonga several times yet still today my name remains appearing as a person having a loan amount balance that i settled long time ago. Can a follow up be done please because now i dont have financial freedom to get loans and other credits because my score is low due to a loan that does not exist anymo. I feel like my rights as a customer are violeted and deprived
