Empty promises

I took out a loan with Capfin some time last year (2012) and I STILL waiting for my loan documentation. I've made and received numerous phone calls checking that my details such as my email and postal address is correct. My details have not changed since this loan was taken out, but for some reason I am not getting any joy from this financial institute concerning my loan documentation. To top it all off, I've been paying this loan off loyally each month without missing a single payment. I am so sick and tired of companies like this who are very quick to deduct premiums from your bank account, but when it comes to service delivery they suffer from amnesia.
